What personal data do we collect and why?
When you submit a request through our contact form, we collect and process the following personal data based on your explicit consent:
– Your first and last name
– Your email address
– The content of your submitted message
This data is solely processed in order to respond to your inquiry and will never be used for marketing purposes.
– User ID
– Date and time of the website visit
– Title of the page being viewed
– URL of the page being viewed
– URL of the page that was viewed prior to the current page
– Screen resolution
– Link clicks to an outside domain
– Pages generation time
– Country, region, city
– Main Language of the browser
This data is processed to optimize our website prevent fraud.
How do we transfer and store your personal data?
When you submit personal data through our contact form, this data will be emailed to us through the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP). Our SMTP servers are protected by a TLS security protocol (sometimes known as SSL), meaning that email content is encrypted before being sent over the Internet. We store the data received through the contact form with our email service provider Google LLC.
All data described above is stored for a duration of up to 12 months for the purposes described in the previous section.
We will take reasonable technical and organizational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse, or alteration of your personal information.
What are your data protection rights?
We would like to make sure that you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
